MISI Opening Booth or also known as MISI Humanitarian Expo among the members is
a programme that was organized by MISI Club in almost every semester because of its
importance in promoting the MISI to the new students. This program was conducted to recruit and introduce MISI Club to all new members and also to promote and call for participants for the upcoming program. MISI Club had opened a booth at ITD, IIUM for 3 days.
The session started with organizing the booth with some decoration which shows the
nature of MISI CLUB. In this session, we opened the booth at 10.00 am until 5.00 pm. The
committees of this Humanitarian Expo MISI CLUB introduced and gave brief explanations to the students about the nature of the club and promoted it to those who are interested to join MISI CLUB.
There were also some musical instrument called Kalimba showed at the booth, which is originated from Sabah and Sarawak for the student to see and play. Sabahan and Sarawakian food such as “Amplang” and “Kuih Cincin” was provided at the booth to be given to all students who registered as the member of MISI CLUB. We also distributed small pamphlet that contain some information about MISI CLUB to the students.
